DJ Ian Soleimani was the perfect find for our company holiday event at a 5 Star resort. He had excellent communication prior to our event, he was very interested in making it perfect for us. He arrived on time, and looked amazing! He was professionally dressed for occasion. He followed our playlists, but when asked he was able to change it up to play new and current music and had the dance floor packed. He also had high quality equipment. Highly recommended! Thank you Ian!

DJ Ian was incredible. Or, as most of our wedding guests, kept telling us "magic." My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Canary Kimpton hotel in Santa Barbara, CA on 9/21/19. We found DJ Ian through thumbtack and he was so responsive, helpful, and nice to work with. He made the typical stressful wedding process easy and relaxed. He also shows you examples or gives really helpful suggestions of other songs other couples have used at their receptions (like a cake cutting song or bouquet toss song). DJ Ian allows you to choose your songs and create your own playlists so that you're in control of what kind of music is being played during the big day - something that was really important to my husband and I as we love to dance and so do much of our family members. However, if music is not your strong suit, you're in the capable hands of DJ Ian, whose vast experience will keep the party going all night long. We keep getting compliments about how great the music was at our wedding and it's all thanks to DJ Ian.

Although I might be biased because Ian is a good friend of mine and I love him dearly, I have to say, he is 10/10 one of the best DJ’s ever. When my husband and I were planning our wedding, I knew hands down I had to call Ian. It was incredible to see him with his “professional hat” on! He was so organized, communicative and made everything so easy… and he also traveled 400 miles to make it all happen! Every single thing went off without a hitch and the vibe of the day was always perfect. I think people take for granted how big a part a DJ plays in setting the tone for an event, but Ian reads the room and really sticks to what you want. More than anything though, I loved looking up and seeing the smile on his face as he worked, you can tell he truly takes pride and loves what he does.

We were married on June 11th and DJ Ian was our fantastic MC! He was so easy to work with, he wrote me back same day and answered my 100+questions. I really enjoyed his Spotify set up so that you could request songs prior to the day. He went with the flow and read the crowd so well. Everyone had a great time dancing and enjoying the night! Worth every penny!

225 per hour, but every event is different so it really depends. I'm flexible but realistic

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been taught some things from some well known Djs but have had to learn a lot on my own. Djs such as Dj wicked, Dj Matty matt Moore, Dj katashtrophy , Dj Wizkid, Dj spencer from 103.3 the vibe, Dj j-scratch, Dj wasabi, Dennis Blaze. Training I've done is simply collect music and practice various genres.
