I found it a little challenging to communicate with the cleaners that came to clean given they only spoke Spanish - she often tried to verify what she was or wasn’t supposed to clean, which is great, but hard when I don’t speak Spanish. Overall, they did a great job cleaning. Our shower doors have never look cleaner! Felt like a deeper clean than other people who have come. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience my first time with this service! It was well worth the money. My home smelled fresh and everything was sparking clean! The second time I hired them, the service was adequate and still worth the inexpensive cost. This final time, my kitchen floors were still dirty, windows were dirty, floor boards were dirty, doors were dirty, and they broke a favorite mug of mine. I would not be giving this review had they responded to a message regarding this recent experience. I don’t expect a refund but I do expect some sort of apology or even acknowledgment. Perhaps your experience will be better than mine. They definitely do have cleaners who take pride in their work.

I would check off six stars if I could! Daniela was extremely responsive and communicative -- and they did a fantastic job. I couldn't ask for more. I had a request that was short notice and it wasn't a problem. I had the whole house and the garage cleaned. The garage was not only clean, but it smelled wonderful! Thank you!! Highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I begin a new project, I like to personally contact my new customers to understand their needs. Our team is available to do an in-person or virtual "walk through" of the area of interest and discuss the details of the project. Once hired, we send a confirmation email detailing the type of service, time and date of service, and contact information for the team members coming to perform the service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cleanliness is a family value, it's a value that has been passed down for generations. Cleaning house is what I'm good at. I needed a job that would fit my needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Cleaning personal homes, cleaning apartments after a move out and before a move in.
