- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When working with a client I establish an hourly rate that can be discounted if multiple sessions are planned or if 2 to 4 clients want to work out together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a review of where the client is physically and review medication, diet, doctor precautions. Then we establish a training program and set measurable goals and a timetable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do karate, I am a certified personal trainer via the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Senior Fitness Specialist through NASM as well. I have conducted group exercise programs at gyms and in school settings. In addition, I have worked with past stroke clients in increasing strength flexibility and movement.
