- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing all details can be found at our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting a project, we setup a consultation so that we can gather your project requirements. Once we receive your requirements we will begin work after an initial deposit is made. For projects under $200, payment must be made in full. Projects higher than $200, half will need to be paid up front and the remainder once project is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters in Science Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas.
