Hello! Here at The Other Side Movers, we’re proud to provide the Salt Lake City area with trusted local moving services from Logan to St. George. Our rate is $70/hour per man, truck included, with a 2 hour minimum. We provide free estimates and perform full-service packing, and moving for personal and commercial moves. From large pieces like pianos to important valuables, we take care to make sure your belongings arrive safely. In addition, we offer furniture installation and reconfiguration services. We are fast and careful and serve with a smile. Whether you are living in a small one-bedroom apartment or a large multistory home, we will eliminate the hassle and worry from your next move. We realize moving is a chore, so we plan to put a smile on your face with our exceptional customer service and cheerful attitude. We handle your belongings with respectful care and amaze you with our professionalism and polite, friendly manner. We provide packing materials and/or do your packing for you then move you across town or across the state.

The moving team (Jeff, Blake, Adam and Austin aka Penguin) was beyond great! While a little bit more expensive than some of their competitors, the value for $$$ exceeded my expectations. The team did not stop until the work was completed (12 hours!)... always with a smile... and their attention to 'care' of my belongings was exceptional. I had a bit of a complicated move with two pickups and a LOT of stairs in one pickup location. I cannot say enough about these guys...

I can not say enough good things about these guys! They showed up on time, ready work and cranked out a massive move (with packing!) in a minimal amount of time. They were literally running back and forth between the truck and the house! Kind, professional, eager to help and very accommodating. Thank you so much for all of your help guys! The guys were very clean cut, courteous and respectful. We were very pleased with their service and will be using them again when our house is completed. From the truck to the house the guys would sprint to get the next item to load in the truck. We had limited space left in our storage unit and they were amazing in how they stacked our furniture to get it all in. We would be pleased to get the same crew to make the move from storage unit to our new house.

They 4 man crew led by Andrew did a terrific job. After 30 years in the Air Force and 16 moves I would put this move up toward the top for quality of service, professionalism and care of our household goods. They hustled but with care like they were moving their own property. I would higher them again in a heartbeat--highly recommend them to others desiring a local move. I recommended the company to my sister and she thought they were fantastic in moving her items from one house to another with an interim stop at a storage unit for pickup of additional items! We receive many requests online and provide an initial quote with our hourly rate. We also provide our phone number for customers to get ahold of us so we can discuss the details of the move and answer any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a mover, foreman and estimator for many years, working my way up to a manager. I've been on thousands of moves in my 12 years of experience.
