- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different so pricing will vary. Our services are competitively priced and not only fair, but backed by our company warranty, providing the assurance that we will be there when you need us most.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a new customer, we schedule an always complimentary schedule at the customer's convenience. Following the inspection, a detailed-written proposal is sent via email to the customer outlining each step in the proposed Scope of Work. If the customer wishes to proceed, our Office Manager schedules the work at their convenience. Once work has been completed, the property will then be issued a warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our managers and field reps have extensive training in mold remediation, waterproofing and full restoration services. We are nationally certified as Certified Mold Inspectors and Testers through Micro, Indoor Air Certified Professionals through the IIAQC Organization, as well as Licensed Contractors, Builders and Certified Restoration Specialists by the great State of NJ.
