Leo was on time, thorough, knowledgeable and honest. He was very quick to not only offer solutions but proposed doing the work immediately. He listened to my ideas and together we collaborated on what was best to do to re-route the duct work from the dryer to outside of the house. And his price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

Recently I was in need of a dryer vent replacement. Not sure how long the existing one was in place, but it was constantly falling apart which caused improper venting during drying cycles. Honestly didn’t know who to reach out to for this type of repair. Did a search here and decided to go with Home Pro. I didn’t know what to expect, but Leo got back to me right away. I was able to schedule that weekend which I’m so thankful for him being accommodating. He provided a time window and arrived exactly on schedule. He got started right away provided us with some useful advice about maintenance and answered all of our questions. Leo is truly an expert, knows his stuff and very professional. Well they found mold and immediately took care of it! I initially just wanted ducts cleaned but it's helpful to have the mold remediation done as well and they were super responsive. I definitely recommend!
