FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial contact is via telephone. We then establish a date to view the property to give a free quote. Once quote is accepted a contract is formed for services to be performed as many days a week that the client needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had training and mentoring from the owner of one the top janitorial companies, Midnight Janitorial Services located in Rochester, NY and with the owner of J&J Janitorial Services in Atlanta, Ga. I've also had training from Doc's Facilities which is a reputable janitorial cleaning service training company and I in turn pass that training on to my professional workers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start this business when I found out that my employer of 13 years wanted to retire as an attorney and close down his law business. I started to do some leg work on the janitorial cleaning services and found that I would be able to start my own business without borrowing funds, using my personal capital and more importantly not go into debt.
