- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending on the project and the scope of work to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we speak on the phone and set up an appointment so that I can come out and take a look at the work to be performed, then within the next few days I will have an estimate to give the home owner an idea of the pricing. If it fits into the clients budget then we take the next steps to come to an agreement and a more detailed bid and schedule of when work will be performed.

I have been in the construction business for 12+ years. I am a licensed residential Contractor in the state of Oregon.
