We have started Tutoring for my kid and have been very impressed so far with the service. They assigned a tutor within 24 hours and had the first session on Saturday.

Thanks to Varun and his staff for taking care of my son and daughter on their testing prep. They helped us pick the most accommodating class and schedule for my kiddos. Classes are small in size (about 8 students) and they were able to get attention. Curriculum is more catered for students scoring around 1200 on SAT. If you are around 1400, I would recommend a tutor. Teacher(s) and proctors are professional and tend to look after students. Location was a bit far but the price was also reasonable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client is first, receiving a phone call or Web inquiry in regards to our services. After this, we either schedule a COMPLIMENTARY consultation to advise how we may be of assistance or answer all pertinent questions over the phone and/or email. Once the client has enrolled their child in one of our classes or our amazingly effective private tutoring, we hand select the perfect tutor, based of a bevvy of different variable and preferences.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our amazing instructors have achieved many degrees between them all! Many are either working on their Master's or even their Ph.D! They all undergo a rigorous, multi-step interview process, and a substantial amount of training through Victory Step before ever working with one of our valued clients.
