FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In criminal cases, my fees are bifurcated. This means I charge a flat fee to handle your case up to trial. If your case proceeds to trial, another flat fee will be charged. The advantage to the bifurcated flat-fee system is that you pay one fee, no matter the amount of work I put into your case. Moreover, you only pay for a trial if your case goes to trial. Trial is your decision. Thus, you have a large amount of control over the expense of your case. Most importantly, I offer affordable payment plans. I strive to work within your budget as I believe everyone deserves competent and experienced representation.
