- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I'm flat rate so everyone pays the same price. It's the easiest way to be fair. No mater how long the job takes my price never goes up. I generally give a 1 yr warranty on my work unless otherwise stated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it's the first time I'm at a customers house I perform a free plumbing inspection with the customers approval followed by a estimate on recommended repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a RMP Master Plumbing Lic in Texas and a master plumbing lic in Louisiana.
