- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because our art services are so diverse, our prices vary per service. We do offer a 5% discount off the total balance to returning customers on any of our art services. We also provide special promotions for special events and in holidays to our members through our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process is to first understand exactly what my customer requests and the time needed to complete the service. We are a mobile company, so we visit our customers at the site the request is needed such as for murals and for face painting services. Before I begin any service, I like to clarify the steps in the process and seal our agreement with a contract and deposit before we can start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA Degree in Fine Art and a license in art education enabling me to have a multi-faceted art service. My art education trained me to learn all art media that includes 2D, 3D and digital design media. Not only am I qualified to provide art services in these fields, but I am also qualified to teach art, which I also love doing. In addition, my former military training has given me the discipline, drive and courage to manage my business. These traits have provided me the drive needed to complete any art request with excellence and fulfill complete customer satisfaction.
