- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing listed on this site or quoted to you through this site is not always accurate. We can give a definite quote in person. This can be less or more than you see on this site. You do not have to be present for us to go by and give an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a new customer calls us and we discuss their lawn care needs, one of our crew managers will come out to assess the property and give a quote for service. If the customer is happy with the quote and ready to start service they will be put on the schedule for the next day our crew is in their area. In some cases a lawn is over-grown and needs immediate attention so we can usually get someone out within a day or so to get it taken care of.
