- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to get a detailed description of what the customer would like, in order to give them an accurate quote. After the idea is agreed upon, we can send out a link for the customer to pay (PayPal). Upon completion of payment, we paint the item(s) that day if possible, within 2 days at most. Shipping goes out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Friday via USPS Priority mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have collectively close to 25 years of experience working on custom airbrush work for people all around the US, Canada, and Mexico.
