- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Recommendations and loyalty are a big part of our success. We take pride in our work and are always competitively priced. We consider the satisfaction of our new and repeat customers our top priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact through Thumbtack. The client then explains to the best of their knowledge what repairs are needed. Larger jobs may require an estimation/consultation fee which will be included in price of the job should you decide to hire us. We arrange a time to come take a look, investigate, explain repairs, cost etc. A written estimate is given to customer and we proceed from there. Minor repairs can usually be done on the spot. Scheduling for more extensive jobs will be coordinated with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
75 years combined family plumbing/heating/cooling related field experience. Residential, commercial and industrial pipefitting experts.
