I retained Zachary after he came very highly recommended by a legal professor. Just as I had been told, Zachary promptly returned all calls, was very accessible (this is huge,) and provided superior representation. While representing me in some Intellectual Property-related matters, he litigated aggressively. He made sure I was always aware of what to expect, what to plan for, and what we could do about it. Despite my circumstances being very tricky, Mr. Meyer was flexible, reasonable, and remarkably professional. I was up against a legal Goliath whose client had nearly unlimited resources. Zach is amazing! He is smart, responsive, polite and a true professional. He listens -- an unusual quality not often found in my prior dealings with lawyers. They can be quick to jump to conclusions and resolutions whereas Zach takes his time and thinks through things while explaining everything thoroughly to clients. He stays on top of things and communicates as well as follows through expediently. He makes a plan and offers options. If you were lucky enough to find him, he will not disappoint. No matter my issues in the future (touch wood) I will be contacting Zach. HIGHLY RECOMMEND -- not enough 'star' choices here!
