- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates vary depending on venue and location. Basic (2 self powered speaker monitors, Jbl pro subwoofer, stage stands, pro mixer, 2 turntables, microphone, & 2 lights) Premium (all the above, plus stage facade, stage truss, wireless microphone, up lighting, lasers ) Wedding package (all of the above plus a photobooth with instant print) Rockstar package (all of the above, plus 20x20 stage truss, up lighting, fog & laser show)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Questions we typically ask are: The date of the event. What type of event is it? Example: wedding, corporate parties, birthdays... A detailed list of services and what is included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional staff of DJ's & EMCEES began in night club industry in 2008. We have the experience and knowledge to keep the dance floor packed all night long.
