- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is specific to each project. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request 2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project 4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project 5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured 6. Embrace questions from customer 7. Leave a proposal with the customer 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully licensed & Insured I have a two year business management degree from North Hennepin. Lead Certified. Paint Certification through Anoka Tech. Watched and learned from my father and uncle since I was young. Been in the trade my whole life.
