FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to standardize our pricing as much as possible to make it easier for us to quote out projects and make it as simple a process for the customer. Almost all our jobs are quoted and can be quoted as a standard price per job. If there happens to be any potential of additional charges, that is explained to each customer prior to doing the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first need to know what the job would entail. What is the product that needs to be serviced and what needs to be done. The more info the better, to allow for us to quote out the job quickly and accurately. Once that is taken care of we contact the customer to schedule the job. We have email and phone notifications that go out to the customer to remind them of their service date.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Basically, I worked at a sporting goods store when I was in college. I saw a need to provide this service to our customers and tried to implement it at the store I worked at. Luckily, my manager at the store trusted me enough to allow me to provide the service. I did my best to be as professional as possible and I was able to provide the service to all the stores in the area. From there I branched out to other stores and tried to expand my knowledge and services as much as possible.
