- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge hourly on our jobs. By doing this, we are a more cost effective solution than the big box stores that charge flat rates depending on the job. This way we can accomplish a broader spectrum of work all at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to talk with our customer to see what their needs are. We then like to walk through and discuss the potential job and then come up with a plan to successfully accomplish the task ahead of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of advanced systems training while enlisted in the Navy. I was trained and worked on various systems from communications, computer networking, security and safety.
