In February, we had leak in our garage and Josh immediately came out to patch the leak during the heavy rain storms we were having and that next Tuesday Josh and his crew were here putting on a brand new roof for us. Joshs crew works hard, efficient and cleaned up all debris. We really enjoyed working with Silverleaf, the service is extremely friendly and very well knowledgeable of their product. We are extremely happy with our new roof!Then in March, during the heavy wind storms part of our gutter came off (not a part that needed to be fixed when roof was replaced) Josh and his crew again immediately came out to replace with new. Looks better than before!Thanks Silverleaf!!

During a recent wind storm I thought that my roof's ridge vent caps were damaged. I called another company. They told me that they could see the damage on google maps and that they wanted to fix the vent caps, seal the valleys, and seal my chimney as they could see they damage. To make a l ing story short, I dont have a chimney and they wanted to charge me around $2200.I called Derek Blogna at Silver Leaf Contracting explaining what I thought to be a problem, sent pictures, and he said that he would stop by to see what was wrong. Derek stopped by and let me know that I did not have any damage. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing. Come to find out that he is an Army Veteran. After almost being swindled by another company, it is nice to know that there are GOOD people out there like Derek and companies like Silver Leaf Contracting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Contracted Silver Leaf to reroof my house. As part of the agreement they agreed to fix the shed roof at a different property. Derek showed up within a couple of days (prior to them starting the main job) and knocked out the repair. They are definitely quick to get the job done. As far as the reroof on the main job, they showed up prior to the promise date to complete the work. They installed the roofing in one day and cleaned up the property very well. After they completed the job, it rained a couple of days later and I noticed water spilling over on the gutter and Josh sent somebody out to look at it that night and is sending out a gutter expert. I fully anticipate that the issue will be fixed. Highly recommend Josh and his team.

Derek and Josh were outstanding. It began as a roof leak above two of the upstairs bedrooms during a Spring rainstorm. They responded quickly and after they were able to survey the issue and make a determination, i was shown a thorough presentation detailing the replacement process and materials to be used. Once they got the ball rolling with my insurance company, the process moved along quickly and I had a brand new roof in no time at all while only being liable for my insurance deductible. Everything went so well, i asked them to give me a proposal for new windows, front and back doors and a new garage door to boot. After deciding to move forward with those repairs, they walked me through the financing process and made everything as simple as possible which accommodated my extremely busy lifestyle. What started off as some leaks had become an exterior home remodel because these gentlemen were so easy to work with and at no time was i ever confused or in the dark about the process. Also, at no time did they ever try to "sell" me on anything. They simply listened to my ideas and concerns about a house that i am looking to sell in the future and just made it happen. I can't thank them enough, highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Disappointed is an understatement. While the work done to the roof was fine this is definitely a sales company first and roofing company second. After the job was finished I called to let them know about trash they had left in the bushes and they asked that I put it with other trash they had left with the extra building materials that were never used. It took days for them to pick up the extra building materials and they left the trash!!!! Never picked it up at all even after I called about it. They also said that they would replace a cracked piece of siding but once we signed the final paper we never heard from them again. I wouldnt have minded getting the piece fixed somewhere else however I was told they would take care of it and never did. Disappointing
