- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we will do is discuss your goals in detail. Once I know your goals, we will go through a questionnaire to understand where your main struggles have been, what type of workouts will best fit your goals and preferences, and what you can do outside of our sessions to help achieve your goals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After years in public accounting and then tech I realized how challenging it is to stay healthy in this busy world. I taught fitness before and after work, and was still struggling to maintain my health. I decided to leave my desk job and follow my passion, which is to help people move more and eat right.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with young working professionals, busy parents, pre and post natal clients, clients with injuries, and individuals who have never worked out before.
