As a Reiki Master/Teacher and spiritual coach, I can provide you with the tools you're looking for to achieve, mind/body/spirit wellness in a fun and exciting way! I love providing energy healing for my clients on my heated Biomat, using both Reiki and Pranic Healing. I am also passionate about using essential oils to improve my health and sharing that knowledge with others. Holistic nutrition is the most recent addition to my healing practice, and I love this work! It is sometimes overwhelming trying to decide what diet or nutrition plan is right for you. Failed diet attempts are frustrating and often hold you back from trying something new. My program teaches you how to make lifestyle changes in small, easily attainable ways that are not overwhelming. All of the small changes you will make over time will result in the changes you desire to live a happier and healthier life! I love helping people figure out what is the right eating plan for them and being a constant support to help them succeed in their goals!
