- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to the individuals tax return. We do not believe in charging per form. We know each taxpayer has a different amount of transactions, so why charge a client the same amount with less transactions and a not as complex return. We also keep our costs down by not having brick and mortar buildings like some franchises all over the country.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are able to prepare returns and represent individuals and businesses in all 50 states. We start with an initial phone consultation to introduce ourselves and more importantly to know the client. We will set up a client portal which will allow us to email documents back and forth in a secure environment. Once we receive the tax documentation we will put together a 1st draft return and have a follow up call. We may have additional questions and want to go over the return with the client. Once we finalize the return, we will email and send by mail a hardcopy of the return. We e file the returns and have direct deposit for refunds. We also offer bank products and debit cards for individuals without checking accounts. It is a convenient, stress free,process, which more and more tax payers are taking advantage of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Enrolled Agents. We are enrolled to practice before the IRS at any level. Our testing is specific to all tax matters. CPA's are allowed to represent clients in the state they are licensed. We are allowed to represent in all 50 states.
