- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We utilize a diagnostic fee to come evaluate your system & comfort needs when there is a problem at hand. Once evaluated and if a problem is detected, we use flat rate pricing to deliver a solution. This helps our customers know what the bottom line price is for a repair, on the spot. Our sales visits are completely complimentary, as is our Indoor Air Quality analysis solution.
