**Buyer Beware** Annette Hernandez (Owner) will NOT work with you if you change dates. They will take your ENTIRE deposit and not return it. Did we have a signed contract...yes. Did we move our dates due to Covid...yes (who didn't). We were told many many times "I understand, we are here for you both when you are ready to move forward". Not only did we trust Annette when she told us these things we also paid her close to $1,000 for our deposit. When I told Annette the new date in 2022 she was magically "booked" and then refused to return ANY of our deposit even though she had other weddings the same day!! After many calls and emails asking to refund something (ANYTHING) all she could reference is the contract even though she emailed us saying she will extend our contract no problem many times. DO NOT book this company. We booked this as a day of coordinator, not even a full wedding planner and we booked all our other vendors ourselves. They literally just had to show up for the event for a few hrs and they want to keep our whole deposit....this is not a company to do business with (and I work in the event industry)! STAY AWAY and book someone that actually cares about you and your wedding or event and not just for the deposit. These actions from Annette and Just 2 Sweet Candy Creations & Events are the type of planners that give the good ones a bad name.

Hi Nick, I’m so sorry you feel like posting a review that’s not accurate. I was working with you on postponed dates for over 2 years and it exceeded our normal postponement policies. We rendered services via calls and emails well before the pandemic and charged a flat rate vs. hourly. Per our postponement policy we will be happy to book a date if it’s available and not already booked. In this case the date you were seeking which was 2 1/2 years after your original postponement and we had an event booked. I gave you an option to use it before March of this year and you refused. Again, I’m sorry you felt that we weren’t working with you but we did the best we could. All the best, Annette
