FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, regardless of the caliber of your home or business our proposal will be consistent. Its based off of a formula that accounts for both materials and the amount of time the project will take. More expensive materials and a more detailed scope of work will reflect the price accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get the ball rolling with a free in person estimate to get eyes on the project and have to opportunity to connect with the potential client. Once we have gone over the details of the scope we will get an itemized proposal put together so you can see where your money is going. After accepting, you are put on the schedule and will receive a confirmation phone call on a date before the project is launched. If a customer needs color consultation we are happy to help with the decision making process as well. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and our reviews reflect that!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father has been a painter in the greater Denver area for over 20 years. I remember being on my first job site as a youngster, by the time I was in high school I was running my own projects. Once college rolled around, I decided to jump in with both feet and now APF has grown to be a respected painting provider in the same areas I grew up servicing for my fathers company.
