FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For new Installs and upgrades we offer now offer financing options. Every job is different though and comes with a new set of variables. Air conditioning and refrigeration has many moving parts in terms of their design and assembly so it is difficult to give any kind of "one size fits all" pricing. We do our best to make sure our clients are aware of the many tax benefits and energy rebates available currently so they are getting the maximum value from their systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our core values here at Zia Degrees Inc. is at that only bad question to ask, is not asking at all. This philosophy extends to our employees knowledge as well as our valued clients. The more information you have understand what the scope of the work involves, the easier it is for all parties involved. We typically do a first run inspection to determine the client's needs and then provide at estimate from there. Once that estimate has been approved by the client, and a deposit is taken (depending on size of job.) The work will be scheduled at an agreed upon date and time. While carrying out the job, if it is determined that additional cost may result, those costs will be discussed with the client for approval and assessed on the final invoice. We strive for %100 client satisfaction so that we may earn your future business. Communication with our clients is what we value.
