We do charge a little more than others but unlike others we do thorough work, not just the minimum. We believe since you are making such a huge purchase you should be well informed about the house you are buying. Also we do not work for the realtor we work for you. Thank you Tony -We're the best because we care- I really enjoy seeing the happiness in peoples eyes as they see the house they are about to buy. I love helping people. Sometimes home inspections scare people, just remember a home inspection let’s you know what is wrong with the home, you just have to decide if you can live with the issues. Most issues can be fixed making the home even better!

Ive used Tony, the bearded inspector, for several of the home inspections for my clients and have nothing but good reports of his rapport with my clients, his attention to detail, and his knowledge of building codes and safety issues.However, when my buyer from Buckeye Arizona calls me to tell me that Tony has helped her (via telephone) hook up propane to her gas fireplace for her home inspection the following day, thats when its obvious that Tony has gone above and beyond the call of duty to take care of his clients to the best of his ability. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a veteran discount and I do not charge travel fees. I am in Phoenix certain days of the week every week as well as other remote locations
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the phone call from the home buyer, we set a date, sign a preinspection agreement, I do the inspection, the buyer pays for the inspection and I email the buyer the report. After that I am available to that client for q&a anytime!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the construction field with my father since I was 6. I have been in the construction field my whole life. I have always had a passion for inspecting houses and helping others.
