i charge bye the plate and include my labor into that
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.get in contact with the client 2.set up a time and date to sit down with the client and go over meals, prep, food cost, dates, and food allergies 3. follow up with a phone call or email, or another sit down to schedule time and day of my visit 4.ask how they like their kitchen cleaned and what products i can use and get to know the client to make them feel comfortable around me

i have finished Lecole Culinary school of Arts on the Plaza in Kansas City, Mo, and also 2 years at JCCC working towards getting my bachelors in nutrition
