- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pice competitively by the project, not by the hour or day. That way there's no pressure while we're shooting, and the client knows exactly what to expect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began making videos in college of my roommates and me doing college-kid things. It was then that I discovered a real, raw talent for direction and editing. That same semester I produced a 45 minute DVD for a diet based on a NY Times Best-Selling book and distributed hundreds of copies. I quickly became known among my peers and friends on social media as a video editor, and the opportunities grew from there.
