- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices for training are hourly based. For boarding, they are based on 24 hour periods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first provide a complimentary phone call advisory service to find out more about the customer's needs and issues. I then work on creating a custom plan which I will then provide the customer for approval. If accepted, we will set up a one-hour training session each week in the owner's home. There will be follow up towards the end of the agenda items, and a request asking for a survey/reference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MBA, I have an ABCDT (Certified Dog Trainer from Animal Behavior College), I have both a small and large animal massage certification from Northwest School of Animal Massage. I am Pet CPR Certified through Animal Behavior College to provide you with an added level of assurance. I am a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT) and the Pet Professional Guild, and an active volunteer with the Jacksonville Humane Society.
