The inspection was scheduled quickly for a small 2/2 condo. The inspection report didn’t have a lot of information compared to what I typically see in inspection reports. Given that I’m out of state buying, details are incredibly important to me. It basically covered what’s not working but didn’t cover all things that were inspected which left me wonder if everything else is in working order. I called and spoke to the inspector then he added one line to the report. When I was at the condo, I notice significant wear and shifting in the wood floor, that was not in the report because he said he only focus on things that are functional? I asked if he check to see if there is mold or water damage, his reply is that’s not in scope. Seriously, it was cheaper but not the detail or quality I expected. If you are local and onsite during the inspection that might be OK.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As described in our inspectzzxion agreement, our work is thorough yet non-invasive. We inspect exterior, foundation, roof, electrical, plumbing, visible structural in crawl space and attic. We also inspect current function of appliances as well as plumbing and electrical fixtures. Other inspections may be available such as greenhouses, swimming pools, barns, etc...
