- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is up front and is usually hourly unless I determine its a one-time price for the job itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask if customers would like to speak with me over the phone prior to meeting them if I feel the need to get a better understanding of the issue that the customer is having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming & Information Systems; Networking as well as outside and hands-on knowledge of computers for the past 10+ years.
