- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a number of prices, depending on the resume package purchased. Pricing starts at $160.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make the process super easy. All I really need is a client's original resume and I can get started re-writing it. If you don't have a resume, no worries! I have a worksheet you can fill out or we can talk through your career. If you have a link (or two) to job postings that you're targeting, you can send them to me as well so that I can properly frame your new resume. I am always available by email and I am happy to schedule a phone call and video call to discuss your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer, I have a Master of Arts in Communication from Johns Hopkins University, and I am a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers.
