FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is either fixed-price, or hourly. We also may have a travel fee, depending on the location of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to first gather the job requirements, ask questions, listen to the customer, and understand if it is a good fit for both parties. If it is a good fit, we will either provide a fixed price quote or an hourly rate. And, then we will work with the customer to get the job scheduled. We use Calendly with Google Calendar to make the job scheduling process super easy and convenient--the customer can see our job calendar availability online and instantly book a time slot that works for them. Or, we are always happy to take a phone call and schedule jobs that way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We did 16 hours of training to be licensed with the CCB, and there is a 3 hour exam. There is also continuing education that is required every 2 years to maintain our license. We are license # 216957.
