We hired Ken to put a deck on our house. The only thing we knew was we wanted one that required no up keep and the approximate size (10x12). He was prompt, professional and personable. He made suggestions and gave us options we hadn’t thought of as we discussed what we wanted to do on the deck and how and where we wanted to access the yard. We are extremely happy with the final product.

Ken was such a pleasure to have working for me. He was professional, friendly, great sense of humor, on time, did a spectacular job, and very respectful. He and his crew cleaned up after they were finished, however, I just can't say enough about Moniz Home Improvement! My Mom had a hole in her roof from a recent storm. Ken went to her house the morning after I contacted him at 8am to provide a temporary fix to stop potential water damage. Once my Mom decided to replace her roof, Ken and his team fit her in immediately and replaced her roof. All of his workers were as professional as Ken and did a great job. Easy and pleasant communication. We will use Ken again. Great experience.
