I highly recommend Great Lakes Pet Fencing, Inc. They were able to come to my house and build a sturdy and beautiful wooden gate for my fence within 48 hours of my initial request for service. Not only were they responsive and the quality of their work unparalleled, they were a pleasure to work with. Joe and Lisa were very accommodating. Joe came to my house, while I was at work (with my permission) and built the gate while I was caught in work meetings all day! He sent me update photos throughout the day and once the job was done I paid Lisa over the phone. VERY convenient for a busy professional like myself. I’ll be hiring them again soon to reinforce my existing fence (which I wished they’d built in the first place). Thanks so much Joe and Lisa!

Joe and Lisa went out of there way put the pet fence up with experience and thoughtfulness. They also helped me train my dogs. They were always just a phone call away to help. They also checked on us. Amazing company and caring people who really love animals:) really love to help us protect our loved furbabies:)

They arrived on time and installed posts and dogear fence panels which I had already purchased. They were willing to work with me about the placing of the fence and helped get more materials as needed. If any issues arose they were willing to work it out and were very accommodating to my needs. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.

This is the second house Joe installed for us within six months. Obviously if we weren’t 100% satisfied the first time, we wouldn’t have had him again. His punctuality, professionalism and wonderful compassion for the care and safety of our pets is incredible. He and his wife Lisa are a wonderful team to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive pricing. Payment arrangements if needed. For our DogWatch Hidden Fences we provide a LIFETIME warranty on ALL equipment and many discounts including; Veteran, Disabled, Dog Groomer, Veterinarian and Vet-Tech, as well as Shelter Rescue Discount. Above Ground Fencing - Chain Link, Wooden, Vinyl etc, we go through the Big Box stores to be able to provide you with better pricing and easier access to product for emergency repairs from storm damage etc. Using the Box Box stores saves us money which in return saves you money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide NO hassle FREE estimates. You will NOT be put on a call list. Once you have our information along with estimate, we leave it in your hands to contact us with any questions you may have. No one likes a pesky salesman.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We own 5 dogs, have been using the DogWatch system for years and have been in business installing DogWatch Hidden Fencing since 2014. We’ve been installing Above Ground Fencing since 2006.
