James and his son Kevin came to repair termite damage to the main carrier beam and joists for second level of a split level. He bypassed the damaged parts. Doubled up damaged joists and ran a new carrier offset to damaged one. Leveled off floor and installed 6"x 8" posts to receive the weight load. All within direct proximity to my furnace with water pipes everywhere. A very challenging job that James took on. I could not be happier with the work and professionalism. Get work guys.
A few days later we are being flooded with rain. James and Kevin came out to save us on the gutter issue, plus saw flaws that might contribute to bad things. Sealed all areas and showed me status of areas before and after

We sustained some minor damage to our gutters in addition to the roof. We hired Weathertite for the roof and while they were onsite, they repaired our gutter which had separated. Very accommodating and quality workmanship.
