- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to first have a consultation (usually over the phone) to get to know you, your needs,and your expectations for the project. This also gives us a chance to lay out our workflow,expectations in services, and contracts if you decide to chose us to provide your needed services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Joshua has over 10 years of experience in the tech field through running his local church's media ministry from a young age. He also has experience in the food service industry working at a restaurant as a line cook/food prep worker.Alyssa has over 10 years of experience as well in a multitude of other areas based off of having multiple "Jack of all trade" jobs, such as Childcare, social media moderation, photography, ESL teaching,etc. She has also spent the last few years studying within multiple job and education fields obtaining certifications. Both using their passions and experiences to create the ultimate customer service experience within the company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We believe in providing ultimate customer service and respect. As Christians our motto in our customer service is "Do unto others what you would want done unto you." That means providing quality service to all walks of life, whether high income, low income, special needs,etc.
