- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any cleaning we go to, we always do a walk thru of the property before we get started to make sure we go over any issues or request that you may have. Once everything is agreed upon only then do we start cleaning. Upon completion, we have you do a walk around your home to make sure everything up to your standards.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've had the pleasure of working with all types of different customers. From home owners, real estate agents, landlords, and renters. All have been an experience that we learn from and helps us continue to grow as a company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communication, Communication, & Communication! Make sure you hire someone who answers any questions you may have and will communicate with you throughout the entire process. You should never be left wondering "What's Next?" with the person you hire. Who you hire should be experienced and take pride in the work they do. The provider must have a passion for cleaning and must want to see your home cleaned as much as you do.
