Drain line was clogged- it was cleared, cabinet and drip pan were defrosted and the condenser was cleaned. Easy communication, professional interactions. Refrigerator has been working well since repair. Giving 4/5 stars only because the cost was high (about $400), but to be fair this seems to be at the upper end of an expected range for this type of service/repair. Overall, good experience and would recommend.

Stan was great! Had an appointment within a day of requesting. He had the parts on hand for an old refrigerator that I just wasn't ready to replace. Freezer fixed and icemaker back in business! Would use again and again.
