Outstanding quality and service. Peter provided a response and price quote shortly after I submitted the request on Thumbtack, and was able to work me in to his schedule that day. After looking at the work that needed to be done in person, he also walked me through some recommendations for improvement and the reasoning behind it but did not put any pressure to get them done (although I did, because he was right and the best decision for the long term care of the garage door and opener.) Would definitely recommend him to any one needing garage door service!

Peter responded to my original request quickly and set reasonable expectations. We made an appointment that fit my schedule and he showed up on time and prepared to make the needed repair. Peter took the time to explain (in terms I could understand easily) what caused the failure (with our garage door opener) and what I should consider having done to help prevent another problem. What he said made perfect since to me so I had him do additional work (actually upgrades). Peter got the job done right and at a fair price.
