Outstanding quality and service. Peter provided a response and price quote shortly after I submitted the request on Thumbtack, and was able to work me in to his schedule that day. After looking at the work that needed to be done in person, he also walked me through some recommendations for improvement and the reasoning behind it but did not put any pressure to get them done (although I did, because he was right and the best decision for the long term care of the garage door and opener.) Would definitely recommend him to any one needing garage door service!

Peter scheduled a same day appointment and showed up exactly on time. He immediately assessed the situation which required an additional extension kit due to the 8' garage door which I would not have figured out for hours. He stayed while I went to get the part and checked all other aspects of the garage door (springs, balance, etc.). He did a fantastic job, cleaned up afterwards, hauled away the old unit and even helped program the new remotes in our vehicles and had an external keypad available, which didn't come in the unit I purchased. I can't recommend him enough.
