- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 an hour for a single session with a 3 hour minimum. I offer 20 hour and 30 hour prepaid packages with a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an Initial Needs Assessment phone call to see if my skill set is a good fit for the client. If we feel that it is a good match, I then schedule an in-home consultation where I come out and meet with the client in the home or office and discuss the areas of concern. Once we have discussed what the client would like to see out of the space, I then schedule the first organizing session which typically lasts 3 to 5 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and am a Golden Circle Member of the National Association of Professional Organizers. I also earned a certificate as a NAPO Specialist for Residential Organizing.
