As a property manager for 30 years I always used Right Angle Roofing & Repair on all my projects they always did a great job !!!! Right Angle Roofing showed up when scheduled and they got me an estimate in writing, and used them to reroof our house... we are especially excited because they offer a $200 referral fee for any roofs that we refer to them so far we have referred them to two of our neighbors and received are referral fee it comes in handy with my daughter's birthday just around the corner. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the complexity of each roofing system, we prefer to do onsite roof inspections and material takeoffs to ensure the best price possible. We pride ourselves on providing the best quality products at the best rate we can offer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation/ Onsite job inspection. Contract review with owner to discuss terms, scope of work and warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of onsite experience, including Contractor Quality seminars for different types of roofing systems, products and storm related damage. How to differentiate between aging and wind, hail or mechanical damage of roofing systems and common damage / problems.
