- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 Per Class (1 on 1) or $60-$120 per month (3 months max) per student for 1 Group Class each week, with 2-4 students signing up together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I receive an email or voicemail 2) That evening I call back for a 5 minute phone call 3) Prospective student comes in for free introductory class 4) Evaluate their needs, experience, skill level and tailor future classes 5) Student decides if they wish to take additional classes, in whatever disciplines at whatever days and times available to schedule. No contracts are required.
