Chase from Precision Energy was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He responded right away. I felt confident in his ability to assess and complete the job, as well as recommend a cleaning for the heating/cooling system. He came the same day, with a reasonable bid and did an impressive amount of work by himself. A job well done!

Chase replied first to my request. We scheduled an appointment and he kept me apprised of his arrival time, cleaned our dirty furnace, and recommended several options and upgrades to our system. We elected to have an additional service to clean our blower fan which he completed the same day. Unfortunately the next morning our furnace wasn't working. Chase replied promptly to our text and tried to troubleshoot it over the phone. When that didn't do the trick, he came out later in the day, diagnosed the error that caused the fault, explained it to us, fixed it, and took responsibility very professionally. He is a personable guy and I would definitely hire him again. Everybody makes mistakes, it's how you handle them that counts and Chase did it right. This was my first time using Thumbtack and I was very pleased that I did.

Chase was great! He cleaned out our gas fireplace and brought it up to a clean, usable state and advised how to keep it in good shape. We will definitely use him again!
