- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the best service at the lowest commission. We are an independent broker and do not have to pay any royalties to a brand name franchisor. We pass our savings to you. We offer free color leaflets, free property website, beautiful professional pictures, video tours, open houses, etc. In addition, we have our clients interest at heart. We believe in developing long term business relationship with our clients. We help our clients even post sale, with handyman, contractors, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To sell your home, we begin with our listing presentation. Here, we will explain to you our process, and the benefits that you will derive from being our client. After that, we will give tips to spruce up your property, even staging advice. Then we will get beautiful pictures from your property and obtain all the necessary property information from you. Then we will put it on the market, with our marketing flyers, signs etc. In this market, we should be able to get a buyer for you in a short time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from the University of Santa Clara, and more than 30 years of experience in business. Although we are real estate agents, but we know and understand the needs and requirements of the investor. Most real estate agents know only about real estate. We on the other hand have a broad know how of the economy and business as well. Not many real estate agents/brokers/realtors have gone through at least 3 real estate boom/bust cycles in California. We have and we can share with you the experience we had gained during those cycles. Because real estate is such a cyclical business, it is important for you to know where you are in the cycle, before you start investing. This could make a difference between a loss and a gain. We as real estate agents can help you avoid the pitfalls.
