- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact by phone or e-mail, I share my student teacher agreement which outlines my commitments as a teacher and my expectations for students. From there we set up a time that is convenient to the student to meet and we begin lessons. For students under 12, I offer a one time introductory lesson where parents or guardians can observe the lesson and spend time getting to know me. For media work, I meet with the client and go over the audio or visual work they want to showcase and explain all the options they have to best tell their story and showcase their work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
